By downloading, installing, or using the Pitbox app (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.

These Terms form a binding agreement between you and Pitbox Racing Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales, headquartered in London, United Kingdom.

Pitbox is a real-time sim racing companion app for iPhone. It receives telemetry data broadcast by compatible sim racing games over your local Wi-Fi network via UDP, and displays it as a live driver dashboard.

The App is designed to work with F1 24, F1 25 on PC, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, and Xbox, when the device running the App and the gaming platform are connected to the same local network. We do not guarantee compatibility with other games or future game updates.

Pitbox is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or licensed by EA Sports, Codemasters, Formula One Management, or any other rights holder.

Pitbox is available in two tiers. The Free tier provides access to a set of core dashboard components at no charge. Pitbox Pro is a paid subscription that unlocks the full set of advanced components and features.

Pro features are clearly labelled within the App. Feature availability may change between tiers over time — we will not move a feature from Free to Pro without reasonable notice.

Where offered, a free trial period gives you full access to Pitbox Pro at no charge for the duration of the trial. At the end of the trial, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription at the then-current price unless you cancel before the trial ends.

Trial eligibility is determined by Apple and applies per Apple ID. If you have previously subscribed to Pitbox Pro you may not be eligible for a further free trial.

Pitbox Pro is sold as an auto-renewing subscription through the Apple App Store. Billing is handled entirely by Apple — Pitbox Racing Ltd does not process or store your payment information.

• Billing — your subscription renews automatically at the end of each period and your Apple ID is charged through your App Store account
• Cancellation — you may cancel at any time through your device's subscription settings or the App Store; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• Refunds — all refund requests are handled by Apple under their standard refund policy; Pitbox Racing Ltd does not issue refunds directly
• Price changes — we will notify you of any price changes in advance; continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new price

Subscription management and purchase restoration are available at any time from within the App.

Pitbox optionally supports Sign in with Apple. Creating an account is not required to use the Free tier, but may be required to access certain Pro features across devices.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Apple ID. Pitbox Racing Ltd is not liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account.

You may use the App without signing in. If you choose to sign in, you may delete your account at any time from within the App settings. Account deletion removes your sign-in association; anonymous data already collected remains as described in our Privacy Policy.

You agree not to:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the App
• Attempt to extract telemetry data from the App for commercial use without written permission
• Use the App in any way that violates applicable law or regulation
• Interfere with the App's connection to any backend service
• Redistribute, sublicense, or resell access to the App or its Pro features

The App is for personal, non-commercial use only unless you have entered into a separate written agreement with Pitbox Racing Ltd.

All content within the App — including its design, layout, graphics, code, and text — is the property of Pitbox Racing Ltd or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

Your subscription or use of the App does not transfer any ownership or intellectual property rights to you. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the App for personal purposes in accordance with these Terms.

F1, Formula One, and related marks are trademarks of Formula One Licensing BV. EA, the EA logo, F1 24, F1 25, and F1 26 are trademarks of Electronic Arts Inc. Pitbox Racing Ltd is not affiliated with or endorsed by any of these parties.

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device, game version, or network configuration. Telemetry data displayed in the App is sourced from the game and may not always be accurate or complete.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any statutory rights you have as a consumer under UK or EU law that cannot be excluded or limited by contract.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Pitbox Racing Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the App shall not exceed the amount you paid for your Pitbox Pro subscription in the twelve months preceding the claim, or £10, whichever is greater.

You may stop using the App at any time. If you have an active Pro subscription, cancel it through your App Store account before uninstalling to avoid further charges.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App if you breach these Terms, with or without notice. Upon termination, your licence to use the App ends immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability — will continue to apply.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, except where applicable consumer protection law in your country of residence requires otherwise.

If you are a consumer resident in the EU, you may also have the right to bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the date at the top of this page and, where changes are material, notify you via the App. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you should stop using the App and, if applicable, cancel your Pro subscription before the changes take effect.
